We're very excited to welcome guests to The Iron House Apartments - Clenchacre Mews! This beautiful apartment has recently been sympathetically renovated, we have aimed to keep the history of the building alive & treasure it, if you will. We want you to feel at home from the moment you enter the apartment and have created a space that provides warmth and comfort with soft lighting and inviting decor and even has paintings provided by local artists, we have tried to think of every detail to make your stay memorable. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, an extended stay, or are visiting on business we've curated every detail to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. When you enter the apartment, you notice the suite's open-plan nature and dual-aspect windows bringing lots of natural light, something we love! Not forgetting the elegant, vaulted ceiling and the unique architectural features that not only add character but also provide a sense of grandeur that sets our space apart with its unique charm There are two large sofas, each can be made into small double beds, for you to settle down in front of the 50" smart TV and log into your favourite apps. Have a group of friends or family? No problem, the Mews can sleep 4 comfortably, just let us know ahead of time, and we can ensure that the bedding is available. In addition to the two sofa beds, there is a comfortable Super King bed with hotel-quality duvets and freshly laundered line. If you would like, this can be made up as two large single beds. The spacious kitchen has plenty of amenities including, an electric oven and hob, a fridge with a small freezer, and a dishwasher. There is a shared laundry room for guests on the rear terrace with a washing machine, sink, and tumble dryer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, and Tassimo coffee machine. The island in the kitchen has a small breakfast bar, with a pop-up plug socket and charger port, and a 32" TV on the wall, Perfect for unwinding while enjoying your breakfast or socialising while creating culinary delights, our apartment offers a versatile space where you can relax and connect with friends and loved ones. There is also a round dining table, to seat 4 people, perfect for intimate meals or lively conversations with friends and family. The large shower room has a double-length shower with a two-headed shower (rain or standard head - your choice!), WC, and basin. Make use of our freshly laundered towels and hotel-style toiletries We encourage you to enjoy the outdoor space. It is shared with other guests within The Iron House Apartments so a great opportunity to socialise should you so wish! There is a BBQ for guests to use along with relaxing rattan sofas and tables and chairs for dining set on two floors The apartment is located on the first floor and is up one flight of stairs. We provide complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits, as well as bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a paper shop next door for essentials open every day and Spar is 100yds away.

The garden is shared with other guests’ access is at the car park side of building. The Laundry room is also found here.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. Please stick to these times as our cleaners must prepare for the next Guests. Early or late check ins can be requested for a small fee if 24-hour notice is received. Please note an additional £20 will be charged per additional guest for towels and bedding.
