Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. Please stick to these times as our cleaners must prepare for the next Guests. Early or late check ins can be requested for a small fee if 24-hour notice is received. All prices are per 1 or 2 guests’ children under 16 no charge 
Please note an additional £20 will be charged per additional adult for towels and bedding.

DURING YOUR STAY
Our property management team will be available 24/7 via Airbnb, email, or phone to provide any assistance our guests may need.
The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. 
We provide complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits, as well as bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a paper shop next door for essentials open every day and Spar is 100yds away.

All the apartments are one bedroom with additional sofa beds to accommodate 4 adults in total Clenchacre Mews and Hurdley Heights have the option of splitting the king size beds into 2 3ft singles.

James’ Place and Hillary’s Hideaway are pet friendly 2 well behaved dogs allowed in each apartment; no charge is made.

Parking is alongside the property. 
There are other car parks too: 
Car park 200 yds up the road on the library, which is free. 
You can also park opposite the property for free. 
There is a lane called Dark Lane, free parking by the public toilets. 
You can also park on the high street for free after 6pm and before 8am. 
EV CHARGING:
There are four EV charging points at the library, which 2 minutes’ walk away.
The nearest train station is Telford Central, that is 5miles away from us. Usually around a 16-minute drive.

We encourage you to enjoy the outdoor space. It is shared with other guests within The Iron House Apartments so a great opportunity to socialise should you so wish! There is a BBQ for guests to use along with relaxing rattan sofas, tables and chairs for wining and dining.

We have a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink with hot and cold water. This is free to use, and access is by the rear gate to the garden patio area.

They are aplenty on the high street within 150 yds there is a newspaper shop, fish and chip shop, pet shop with grooming, chemist, bakery with cafe, fruit and veg, butchers, coffee shop, Efes kebab shop, charity shop, spa supermarket, Indian and Chinese restaurants, 3 pubs, social club, 

750 yards away Asda express with petrol station, Italian restaurant, Vets.

1 ½ miles abundance of shops pubs and restaurants by the River Severn in Ironbridge. Telford town centre is a 15 min drive, 6 miles away is Bridgnorth Town.
